As awareness of this boost by applicants has grown it has for Chase CSR as well. They seem to be cracking down on the sudden increase in requests for the boost by stating it is for targeted customers only and you need a unique 12 digit identifier to qualify.

As with most boosts, they are time sensitive. The longer you wait the more risk you take of being approved. I hope some of you got in on this deal and who knows, this offer may still have some legs on it yet. YMMV.
